Meet our expert educator, Selene!

“There’s nothing Selene loves more than learning.”

Education is a team sport.

Whether a student needs a focused coach or an energized cheerleader, Selene adjusts her teaching style to meet the needs of her students.

Selene aims for her students to leave each session with a sense of confidence and independence in their studies. She sets high expectations for her students because she believes that, with diligence and perseverance, her students are more than capable of reaching their goals. She loves watching students flourish as they find their unique paths to success.  

Selene is also a subject-matter expert in:

  • High school math through AP Calculus BC
  • High school science, including physics, chemistry, and biology

Selene spends most of her free time reading and knitting (yes, she’s entered her Grandma phase about 40 years early). She also loves spending time and traveling with her family.
