Brooke Skiba

College of Wooster
I am currently a high school English teacher in Ohio, where I have taught advanced and general English at the junior and senior level, college writing, newspaper journalism, and, most importantly, ACT prep. I designed the curriculum for the ACT prep course in my school district, and all of my students have finished the course happy with their results and excited that they actually had fun in the process! I love teaching, and I enjoy one-on-one tutoring even more because it lets me get to know my student well and clearly see the growth he or she makes!

  • ACT: 31
  • Brooke has worked with 14 students.

I have experience as a freelance writer, English tutor, social media consultant, and standardized test tutor! Pleasure to meet you!

I continued as a graduate student and teaching assistant at Boston College, where I also worked with many student athletes. I am currently an adjunct instructor at Quincy College. Coaching and tutoring is the most rewarding job I have ever had, and I would like to continue to pass on as much knowledge as possible, while guiding and mentoring students to
